Yes it is a pay shower. Bring quarters. They're nice and only takes about 2-4$ for my wife and I.

The pay per showers are nice and are by the lodge and if your camping on a budget they also have free showers on the opposite side of the highway for the camp sights along the dam their not as nice but they will get you clean.
