How does the drive through pick up work?

You drive up to window, state your reason for being there, pay, then leave. Pretty straight forward and simple

I'm confused about the question, "How does the drive through pick up work?". If asking if they are prompt. I would say they are fair. It gets backed up with only lane. In town the 24 hour Walgreens has two lanes open and moves pretty quickly for the heavy business they do.
