Excellent question. Currently Sarpino's is developing a permanent option for GF pizza crust. In the meantime I stock 11" Udi's GF crust as an off-menu option here at Oakdale Sarpino's. Anyone can call and make a special request for this but it is not yet available to order online. We can make any pizza on this crust for the price of a 12" pie. It's very important to note however that we make our dough fresh every day in store, and as a result there is flour and gluten in the facility (as is the case with nearly all pizzerias), so this crust would not be fit for someone with a gluten allergy or celiac; however customers who eat GF as a dietary choice have given us very positive feedback on these pizzas. Hope that helps, and we are excited to offer a more permanent GF option in the near future!
