Really poorly managed, 9 times out of 10 I come here looking for something the website says they have dozens if not hundreds of IN STOCK, I come to find the shelves empty. I ask someone, they look it up, verify the stock I saw on their website is accurate, just to tell me "oh well it must be in some random box in the back, we could look through every box randomly or you could just forget it" Really couldn't get much more unprofessional than that. On a customer interface level, as well as a management level. This has happened many times, at this store, and other stores.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over an hour to try to get my paint matched and instead of helping me, Madison in paint stared at us and helped 3 other customers before considering helping us. When I called her out on helping others before me she gave me a snarky sorry and was also rude about that. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or was just plain out rude but if you need any paint I would recommend going anywhere else.

Needed a gallon of paint to refresh the walls in our hearth room as we are getting new carpet soon. I brought in a Dutch Boy paint sample Cement Prints from 2002 as I wanted the same color. Yes, it's been 20 years since I painted the walls in this room. Until a year ago, it was only my husband and I the house Now we have a cat. The paint color was no longer available and the first worker didn't know how to use the equipment that "reads" and reproduces the color from the sample. Fortunately a more experienced worker stepped in and gave me a perfect match of the best quality Dutch Boy Platinum Plus. I have tried Behr, Pittsburgh, Sherwin Williams, and Valspar paint over the years and like Dutch Boy the best. The easy-pour container and contents are durable and long lasting. Attached photos are not the best as they were taken while I was seated in a chair being kneaded by our cat.

If you enter the store and go to the customer service counter, they have pre addressed forms that go straight to corporate. David is a great employee, hes been there for years, and he deserves the recognition.
Very rare in this crisis/state of emergency. Just have to keep checking with the store, first come first serve basis once stores get it.
Social distancing (they have placemarks on the floor for when your waiting in line at the check out), masks are required, and they do wipe down the counters after every customer. There is also a plastic... shield... between the customer and the cashier.
I still get one every week.

I believe it goes back a few years. If you can't find what your looking for, as in an item to be returned. You can return without a receipt. With this you would need a driver's license or form of identification and you would get an in store merchandise credit check.
