Poor customer service. Went in to buy a topper for my truck and was ignored. I understand that I wasn't the only one on the store but they could of at least said they'll help me when they're available. I stood around for about 15 minutes before leaving.

FIVE STAR SERVICE: My hitch wires corroded and I brought it in for service expecting at least $50 or more at minimum. The Tech used his own spare wires and made mine looked like new. When I pulled out my wallet, both guys at the counter told it's OK and no charge. I insisted paying something but they said it was just 30 minutes work. Generally when I go to repair places, it's minimum $75 just to tell me what's wrong. I appreciated seeing people who are decent and not nickel and diming customers every chance they get. I will definite go back and do referrals.

Been to the oakdale location a couple times for trailer hitches. They had what I needed both times and the staff was helpful.

The dudes in the shop were really helpful, but my experience wasn't ideal. I ordered a trailer hitch about a month ago. Each week I was told it would be in "for sure on Thursday," which now I have talked to them so many times, I actually know their delivery day is Thursday from the warehouse in Brainerd, which is about 2.5 hours away. I know that because I eventually offered to drive to get it myself. I went in because my casks stopped being answered, which is a bit hassle, but I already put almost half down. When there, I asked if they could overnight the parts. This was Saturday and i got it at my house on Monday. It just could have been more accurate. I need the parts and install because I use it to operate boat rentals, so the delays cost us actual money. The work and eventual customer service were great (thanks, Mike), but I can't do a full 5 stars because it took about 4x as long as I was initially told.
