I've lived in the area for 14 years and typically tell people June is the month to check it out.
June to July are good if you want to see roses. Otherwise, anytime during the summer there are different flowers in bloom.
My visit was late summer, in August.
Definitely spring or early summer, but they have a great selection and blooms all throughout the growing seasons!
