From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. They did everything possible to get the right treatment plan and cost. I'm so glad I went there. As time goes on. I've needed minor adjustments in between my regular scheduled appointments and can never get in. I have had my dentures for a week, and absolutely can not wear them. I tried calling again today for what would take 5 minutes or less, and I still can't get in. Now I have to wait 2 weeks until my next appointment. I'm very disappointed right now. It takes me longer to drive there.

Very poor dental practice. It's a chain so what does someone expect. They started a crown on my front tooth two weeks ago. I've had multiple reschedule appointments from them. This weekend the temporary fell off. I called monday morning to hopefully get in to reset the temporary. They could not get me in for over a week to set in a temporary! I know places can be busy. But I am in pain and it's my front tooth. Between this and all the emails, calls, scheduling random appointments that I had no clue that were even setup. I would never set foot in another Aspen dental again!

Everyone at Aspen Dental does a great job at making the dentist experience quick, professional, and friendly. Special shoutout to the hygienist Heather - she's the best in the game! I've been looking for a new dentist for awhile and couldn't be happier with my experience there.

BLUF: Aspen at west division st is the worst dental clinic. If you are looking for good dental clinic, please avoid it at all cost. You will be better off in any other location, for sure. They are ripping off money from customers. Their dental charges are 5 times higher than regular costs.

Hi Erin, Practices do not use nitrous oxide but the dentist does have other solutions to help patients feel at ease during their treatment. They will be best able to discuss options during the first visit. - Emily, ADMI
Hi Paul, Aspen Dental practices do not work with state-funded programs, like Medicare or Medicaid, but do have many solutions to help patients get the care they need including special offers and financing. To learn more, please visit https://www.aspendental.com/insurance-financing. - Emily, ADMI
