Yes log in your Google account and search for the hotel listing. There you see the hotel information within Google. Inside there is the option to write a review. And rate it 5 stars.
You can review on Google Maps. On your computer open Google maps and sign in. Search for a place, on the left, scroll down and click Write a review. You can also do this on your mobile device, but depending on your device, you may have to go down instead of to the left.
