Hello Juanita, A camper may stay on site up to 120 days after application. This is mainly used by snowbirds. If you are looking for a vacation spot to come visit and not live on site, meaning you must have main resident else where, with aproval, we have allowed these types of customers use the park longer. We have several restrictions for this use of our park. Call for more details. We are a RV Park for vacations, not a trailor park to live at.
Yes, they do offer long term stays.

Hello. I've tried to apply for work camper. Do u still have a need? Our emails want go through. Thanks. God bless
Please see our website for all the details your looking for as they can change. We do not have a long term live on-site camping. We only allow a customer to keep their rig on site for either short term (less than 120 days) while living in it. We do allow campers to keep their rig on site and use it as a vacation spot to come visit (while the full-time residence is not here) indefinitely. This is not a place to come live, like a trailer park. Carroll woods is a vacation spot, but we do like to accommodate customer staying in the area for short term stays (less than 120 days). This service is used by travel nurses, home buyers, and snow birds etc.
