Is it allowed to swim in the water? If so Is the water safe to swim in? I'm not just talking about water born illness, I'm also taking about clarity, the current ext. I'm trying to do research but I can't find anything.

No do not swim in the water. Sorry sad but true. U can kinda wade w feet but wash after...and don't let animals in they are more likely to get sick
