The fee you pay covers the a ton of services, including microchipping and spay/neuter.
$200 for puppies and small breeds, $175 for adults and medium/large breeds. This is a humane society, so they do NOT sell dogs - they adopt animals out to people who fill out an application and are a good match with the animal.
