Yes, you can rent the range to use for sighting in or practice so long as they aren’t busy. If you buy something like a new sight or rest you may use the range for free to get it dialed in.
When I talked to one of the guys in the archery dept he said the archery range was only for people buying a bow from them that it is not for public use.
