Can you buy a package for park and Breakers without specifying the date? Like Christmas present where family can call and book hotel room when they want?

You might be able to reserve a room for a specific weekend or week day during the off season but you would have to know what days during the season you'd be checking in. If your doing a Christmas present I would just get them season passes and then they can decide when they want to go down there and where they would want to lodge.
