Cedar Point does not give refunds for any reason. I ran into an issue where, I had purchased a season pass (for this year) and I ended up having a medical emergency on the day I was to visit the park. I had already driven to Sandusky, got a hotel and everything. I explained my situation, told them that I fell ill and may NEVER be able to enjoy the park ever again because of my sudden health issue. They told me "No," they do not give refunds for any reason. I even tried a second time, this time adding the fact that I am a former Cedar Fair employee of 7 years. Made no difference. The lady was definitely sympathetic to my situation but her hands were tied, nothing she could do. No refunds at all. She did say that I could give (not sell) my unregistered pass to a friend but that was the only help given. It really sucks. Especially in times like now when everything is crazy and uncertain, they won't budge. It really changed how I look at the park.

If I lost my original voucher, can I print one from a picture I have of it, and will that be valid?
