I just went on the 18th and each ride was 45 min or more I rode like 6 total (with a food break) I had fun despite all the new rules. About the purchase I just checked the Cedar Point app and it let me select a single day pass for the 23rd try again and see! But once you arrive its a screening tent, then you walk to the entrances and they scan your barcode that's it.
Hi! Park services member and if you are coming on the 23rd you should be fine. Thursday, while it is later in the week, is generally a good day to come, and we have had low attendance for the past week or so. Just try to get their early if you want to ride force, steel, or Maverick!
Cedar Point has had thousands of reservations available the day of, so I think they don't anticipate having to turn away anyone. The queue for temperature checks really helps spread out the lines for security and tickets. The whole park is available to walk through at 10 am.
Just left Cedar Point, parks have not been too busy, just show up now and then you will have to go get tickets for Steel Vengeance, Millennium Force, Maverick and Top Thrill at 11 and 3:30 at the ride entrances. Ride on!
You will be fine. I am here now. Nobody is here!! But you do need access passes to ride Millennium, Steel Vengance, Dragster, and Maverick. They are free and they pass them out at 11 and 3:30 at each line que. It tells you the hour you can come back in line. It works well but kind of a pain. But still glad they are open!!
Buy your ticket online and follow the directions. You have to make a reservation and complete a form. No specific line. Was there Monday.
Their wont be that many people their and over half their ride will be shut down just came back from their you may be disappointed no certain time to be their and you will have to wear a mask all day even on rides.
