Sorry that you got a busy signal when you called. We do accept reservations via Google Assistant, and we have told our staff to take the information and then call the customer to check whether the reservation should be for the teppanyaki or the main dining room.
I used the Google app to make a reservation. The restaurant called me back to confirm if it was teppanyaki or seated in restaurant. There is no assurances when using the Google app. They were busy too when I tried to called.
