Over priced, I only go there if I need two bolts or something like that. I live close so it's cool to go rummage through the hardware bins if I am trying to solve a problem that's outside the normal, otherwise I know I need like 30 bolts, 30 nuts & 60 washers so I'll order online.

Henderson Center store needs major help with customer service. Employees are surly and run the other way instead of engaging. Harris St store much better. Been this way for many years.

The best part about Ace is that you can get your fun little goodies here but, the part that makes getting your fun little goodies there fun is the staff is always helpful whether they're having a bad day or not they don't put that burden on you and will help to the best of their ability find you what you're looking for. When I ran into an awkward plumbing issue the gentleman there thought outside the box come up with a solution that pass inspection thank you guys 👍
