Best is to arrive at least an hour before the show. Keep in mind that, unless you've a VIP reservation, table spot will be given at first come first served basis.
It depends on what you plan on doing before the show begins. If you want to get a few pictures with the knights, princesses, or a picture with your group, I'd suggest arriving 30-40 minutes before the designated showtime. If you are planning to head straight to your table, arrive 10-20 minutes before the show, to ensure time to pay, get your tickets, and make your way to the arena. If you want to get your drink on pre-show, go an hour early because drink service at the table is horrible at best.
