Could be, my 6 year old brother had a great time and there were plenty of younger kids/toddlers there. But the event is 2 hours so if they have a hard time sitting still for that long I personally wouldnt do it

It's entertaining and he would enjoy it. Though it's about 2 hours long, so it's more about if he would sit that long.

Though they don't understand the story or follow the plot they will enjoy the horses and eating with their fingers. They are free until they are three if they sit in your lap and share your meal. my daughter, 2, enjoyed the horses and the flags and walking around the little town. She did not like the jousting much but was interested...
