They allow babies. It's considered a family restaurant. Just be mindful it's a 2-3 hour experience with loud noises and you'll be eating with you hands.
I had a one year old next to me and he loved it. If the baby gets cranky you can walk them back out of the tournament area where it's more quiet.

No. They have bench seating and its very busy and loud but FUN. You can bring a baby. Its very crowded like i said. You may not enjoy it as much
