Can you make a U turn back to I 70 E to W or wise versa, or u have to keep on going the same way ?

Yes you can turn around and go the other way at the service area

I understand that it's still a toll I wasn't asking that I was just wondering if enter plaza from the East side do you have to continue East or you can keep on going West even tho you entered from East?
