Yes they do have monthly rates. Sorry I didn't see your question. You will love it thete. Such a clean happy place. Nice outdoor sitting area covered. Even a nice sink area too. Laundry area clean showers also well stocked bathrooms. Enjoy the beauty. Fishing is awesome as well.
Not sure but we did see a few spaces that looked to be long term during our stay.
