Kayaking is allowed. Free to launch your own. If you want to rent one, its around $15 per hour.
They're open now. Don't know costs. Inexpensive I recall.
Yes there is. Free to.launch your own kayak if you have. I think they do rental too but not open yet the last time we were there.
