I can't answer for the restaurant, but I would respectfully suggest you not bring your dog.
Tammy Beach where did that 30 day restriction come from? The law, as I understand,is that the establishment does not even have the right to ask for any credentials. When someone has a service dog they can do anything anyone else can.

Service dogs may be okay but due to the tight space and how busy they are I would strongly suggest you leave the pets at home. Also be prepared to provide service certifications for your animal and a doctors note dated less than 30 days stating you need a service animal. Not only is this a health concern for the restaurant but is safer for your animal. Alcohol and children often create situations that are disruptive to their ability to provide all their customers will a pleasant dining experience.
