It's a smaller access point but if you time it just right you can get parking, away from the Hugh crowds, so if your not wanting to pay and can walk its great, if you don't mind paying 5 dollars a car go to henderson state park.

This is one of our favorite public beach accesses. It is absolutely gorgeous and tons of space for everyone. The waves are incredible and the sand is just perfect. We come here as often as possible.

Just a beautiful beautiful place to come. Great parking. Easy flat accessible access to a nice beautiful white beach that is extremely wide open and not full of hotel barricades.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS we got to watch a beautiful sunset then turned around and got to see a full moon rise it was magical. The whitest beaches bluest water simply breath taking

Yes it is, a nice wide ramp down to the beach.
I believe you need a permit for dogs and fires on the beach
