Bring your own chairs and umbrella. Not far walk from parking and then down from dunes. Coolers allowed, no glass, and koozie or Solo cup best for adult beverages. Quiet spot, usually not crowded, nice beach and water.
There are cabanas that line the beaches. They belong to the hotels. You may be able to rent one, or just bring your own. No beaches allow glass containers. Be sure to transfer all of these liquids to non-breakables. You are allowed coolers but again bring all beverages in cans. Koozies will negate many stares. Be sure to bring and drink plenty water, your body will need it.
There are no umbrella chairs. As far as I know, you have to bring your own. Not sure if Henderson allows alcoholic beverages on the beach. They might not have a problem with bringing food as there are pavilions there. I would visit their website or facebook page to find out.
