I saw a nail salon in almost every strip mall in Destin...I have found nail and hair salon everywhere to be very subjective...I tend to look for the most upscale ones everywhere I go...when traveling, I usually get these services done at home so that I can spend my time doing other things on my trips. I prefer continuity with my nail and hair care by having the same person perform these services on an ongoing basis. I also find that reading lots of reviews really helps determine where to go for anything in an new city...truly time we'll spent.
I do know there are nail salons just about every strip mall! In sorry I can't recommend one!
