No they charge 10 all the time now. Park at McGuires...have a drink and 18 cent soup then walk across.
The community center offers parking for $1-1st hour, .50 every hour after.
You can also park at the whataburger and walk over.
They had signs and website made note of new $10 parking fees starting this summer. We had to pay $10 when parking at 8am in main parking lot, but didn't in the parking garage at 6pm a different night. Not sure if we got lucky or that is the policy.
