There have been many challenges for the food industry in general with the state that our country is in. There is no excuse for subpar service and we appreciate you all bringing it to our attention. We are working at improving things daily despite the many challenges with employment and supply chain issues. We dislike the straws we’ve been forced to use as much as anyone, the suppliers just sent us what they are able to get. We hope we can earn your business back and we hope that we can all smile together with grace through these very challenging times. Thank you again.
Sonic lost my boss business they ran us off with those colasping straws get rid of those cheap straws. 😤
Ordered some food thru Doordash, order had missing items, food quality was marginal. Understand this location has had problems recently with help, orders, etc...and was told to avoid them for a while until they got things worked out. Apparently taking longer than anticipated as this restaurant used to be a pretty good place, hope they get their act together soon.
We went through the drive thru twice,both times lost orders 2 or 3 times,We left
