The afternoon or evening ppl are there. Just everyone is nervous about other dogs.
Not sure I stopped going there. It was never any dogs when I went. It really nothing more than an old caged tennis court with a smaller grass area where no one ever cleaned up. If I were you, I'd spend a few more min driving and go to the Bark Park in Hamilton. It's the best place I've seen and they have running water and a small pet area. People are nice and the clean up.
