The reservation says check-in time 1PM. What is the actual time range, or do we have to be there at 1PM exactly?

I was just there 2 weeks ago and you can arrive pretty much anytime after that. We came from western WA and didn't get there till late in the afternoon. They don't even have an official check-in, just find your spot and set up!
