They are not! They will be starting in the north or closed areas first starting 7/15.
I little late. But they were crack sealing not paving. Very surprised they canceled reservations for that. We had reservations they canceled all year saying they were paving bit it turned out they crack sealed. Pretty poor handling in my opinion. Campground and park is very nice place.
