Our family intend to go on Sat night. These are my questions: 1. How early should we go if we want to park our cars next to each other? 2. Can we sit on our truck's cargo bed or the car roof to enjoy the movie?

You are currently not allowed to park side by side. Only every other spot. Also, you are required to stay inside your vehicle at all times. You know, except to use the bathroom. 🤷 still worth it though!

I went last week, anytime that you are outside of your vehicle, you must wear a mask.

There is special covid guide lines I believe you have to space your vehicles apart but yes you can sit on the bed of your truck or the trunk of your SUV
