hello are you allowed to smoke cigars out on balcony

I had seen people smoke outside the bar a couple of times. I am not sure about smoking out on the balcony though.

The rooms are non smoking. The bar sells cigars. I enjoyed cigars outside the bar!

I believe all the rooms are nonsmoking.

In two weeks they fire up the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival. You have chosen your digs wisely. . . however some rooms may have balconies- to which i can not speak to, i just smoked a cigar there poolside last week- and no one had a problem with it. The course grounds aught to clear for a stogie walk, and the porch by the bar should be smoker friendly. I always ask any one outside before i fire it up, to be polite, come latelies just get a cold stare from me
