It is on Wednesday’s. Remember to be guaranteed Prime Rib we must have your reservation by Tuesday. Just FYI. January and February we change the prime rib to Thursday’s because we are only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for those two months. March thru December it will be on Wednesday’s.
