I have had some wonderful soups there. I would call ahead as they have daily soups may be able to whip up something.
Yummy Greek salad comes sans meat. You can request no cheese if you like. All things custom made. They accomadated me with a gluten free salad... Enjoy!
You can certainly get vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free... Vegan is a bit more rigorous of a diet/lifestyle, I don't recall seeing "vegan" options but there are certainly very good vegetarian options available!
