They have a policy against scooters and skateboards, but I haven't seen anything stating you can't ride a hoverboard. It might still be posted somewhere, I just personally haven't seen it. That said, a lot of the shops have narrow aisles, and the staff might ask you to leave if you try to bring one in. If you're not in a shop, mall security might have an issue with you riding one due to the fact you could run into someone or get hurt if you fall down. It could cause liability issues. You'll get into obvious trouble if you try it riding it down stairs or an escalator, and i would hope you wouldn't want to anyways, for obvious reasons. You might not get into trouble if you're riding it safely and out of the way of crowds, but I wouldn't try it unless you're okay with potentially carrying the hoverboard the entire time you're there, in case they aren't cool with it
