Out of way in the midst of Spokane. Creative shops and great restaurants.

Always fun! Ethiopian restaurant, Queen of Sheba, is amazing! Great experience to to be able to enjoy culture and taste! Wonders of the World is always fun with new items to ooh and awww over. Kitchen Engine is expanding and can't wait to see the new area. There's a little Chinese restaurant on the second floor that is homey and welcoming with very good food as well.

The Flour Mill is a great stop for souvenirs, rocks and collectibles. Several floors of Kitchenware, beads and restaurants. Great views from the courtyard. Free validated parking from any of the very friendly staff.

Such a fun collection of shops near the river and downtown Spokane. Excellent to browse and be able to still by small cheap items (or very expensive if you want and can 🤑). A great place to spend some time whether you are on a budget or not. Parking is validation based! Just go in and give your license plate number to the shop attendees and they put it in some online system, so you won't get a parkingticket. You will only get about an hour at a time, but all the shops will do a new validation extending you parking time! Wonders of the world is a fabulous shop with a wide range of gifts and collectable items such as stones, fossils, and statues. The smoke shop is very chill with both a great humidor and a large selection of loose pipe tobacco for $6.99 an ounce! Definitely a jem of spokane!

Every store requires masks. No temp checks or hand sanitizer though
Their website appears to be down but if you Google "list of stores in flour mill spokane", you'll get a pretty complete list.
Parking lot next to the building.
I'm not sure. Clink's validated for us when we ate there. I would think if you called them, they should be able to answer that for you.
They did in July when we ate there
There is condos next to the flour mill. The flour mill is filled with businesses. Hope this helps.
Very good. There's meters in front and paid parking on the side.

I think the 27 inbound gets a little closer to the flour mill before crossing into downtown. I recommend just taking any inbound bus to the sta,and walking across the park to the flourmill from there. If you cant walk long or well, check sta site to get closer: https://www.spokanetransit.com/routes-schedules/route/27-hillyard#table-921
The actual mill itself is no longer being used. The building is now being used as a location for other retail stores and a couple of restaurants just off the Spokane River.
