Service animals of course properly identified. If you can carry your dog in your arm, coat or bag then they're fine.
Most of the time as long as you dog is well behaved no one will have an issue with you bringing it into a place like that, service animal or other wise! As long as you know your dog and he or she behaves I don't see a problem with it!
