Hit or miss, best to go for lunch when store manger is there. Also they need to pay employees more $,then they would care more about customer service.
Ive had a similar experience, received a gift card for BK. Horrible customer service, careless employees. Avoid them and go to one of the nearby competitors.
Place garbage
I was there and I found pubes in my son's cheeseburger I will never eat there again the people are rude and place needs to close down
