The food at Pizza Hut is okay. The delivery fee is pretty high at $4.50. I give less tip to a driver when the delivery fee is so high. I hate penalizing drivers, but seriously? I know the delivery fee is 'not a tip' but stop gouging customers, and let the drivers make more tips. Many people tip less when there are high delivery fees.

Place is run down and dirty. Looks like it's about to go out of business any day. I ordered carry out was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:35pm at 7:45pm the lady told me they never even started my order and I would have to wait. While waiting the two women in the back working kept screaming at each other about missing orders and where they keep going. I will not be eating at this establishment again.

This was the bread sticks i got in the dinner box I ordered tonight. Notice anything?!? Yeah no seasoning, not even cut. When I placed a call and asked for a manager. The manager Jose answers the phone “what’s up”. I get it you work at a pizza place a sub par one at that but come on where’s the professionalism or even just courtesy to answer the phone politely. I asked for a refund on the box and was told at most they could only refund the breadsticks portion. Don’t get me started on how bad the waiting area looks also…..

Did not really care for Pizza Hut until I started ordering from this store in South Milwaukee. They make the pizzas and wings to perfection! Pizza is always cooked perfect and every time I order it's correct. The staff are always very nice as well!
