My son and I are working on a jeep xj. The plan is to have it ready for Bundy by his 16th birthday. If he doesn't have a drivers license, can he drive the jeep there ?

I would call to confirm that you can. All minors need an adult to sign for them. Anyone under 18 must have a parent there.
