That's more of a business decision question and not related to reviewing the quality of the restaurant. Just saying...i would say call management and ask if you're really curious lol. But I'm sure it's cuz Mondays are slow. We, as patrons of the restaurant, wouldn't know the answer to this other than just speculating.
It's there day off for the week. Otherwise they are open the rest of the week. Great place to eat.
For most restaurants, Monday and Tuesday are the slowest days of the week.
I've worked in a few kitchens that were closed on Mondays. It's usually the slowest day for people going out to eat, especially in a small town. Hopefully you can make it in soon. It's worth the wait.
Open on the weekends.
