We have a annual site and are SC residents. We just can't use it as a primary residence, and don't want to. Please call them for current rates so as to not misrepresent. But it is considerably less than Rocks Pond. Campground and their facilities are clean and very well kept.
For full time RV only, but they have a waiting list. Last years rates were 650 peak season and 550 off season.
