I'd call them the day before. Best bet is to get there 30 minutes before they open.

Very hard to tell what will be in stock on any day. As a fan if the brew, may I suggest you start heading up to Greensboro and try calling the brewery when they open. That way, you still may have a chance but will also limit wasted time if the supply is dry.
