Why does this store allow shoppers to put their DOGS IN THE SHOPPING CART? I'm talking where the food goes! Yes, I saw this yesterday at the Jane Walmart store and was dumbfounded.

It must have been a service animal.

They are survice animals

All I ever see are little dogs. I have seen service dogs also which is necessary.

Costumer service. Its really quite common a lot of places now. I just assume that's why, I'm not sure.
