I'm not sure that I've seen any wheelchair availability, but 99% of the facility is wheelchair accessible. The place is very well staffed and they can help direct you to any ramps or elevators.

Try calling. I didn't see anyone with one while we were there. It's definitely wheelchair accessible. Some of the bridges and paths have to be bypassed, but you don't miss anything.
