I've only been to the aquarium side and we rushed through in 2 hours. I'd say 3-4 for the aquarium.

They will tell you anywhere between 2-3 hours.
Plan on 3 hours if you're looking at most everything, but I agree with the other gentleman you can make a day of it. If you have anyone who has trouble walking or tires easily you may consider a wheelchair. Enjoy, yesterday was our first time and we loved it so much we bought season passes
It took us 3 hours to look and that was reading every other details about things you could easily make a full day of it. It was my first trip to an aquarium it is well worth it I really enjoyed it
At least a few hours if you want to look at the nature museum and aquarium. My family managed it in 2 hrs but we didn't spend very much time at any of the exhibits.
