There were no penguins 2 weeks ago when we were there.
Yes but in a different area. You use the same ticket ot tour another exhibit and end up back in the aquarium.
I never saw penguins and was unaware that they were even there.
Penguins are in the wildlife part of the tour, toward the end. Yes, you can feed them for a large extra fee.
Yes they are real I don't think you can touch them
You can go behind the scences into the habitat I would ask about that at the customer service counter
The penguins are at the end of the Natural History Museum, and I believe there is no interaction allowed.
There are live penguins but they are at the end of the natural history museum, not the aquarium. Both are included in the ticket price. I don't believe there is any interaction option with the penguins but I'm not 100% sure.
I do not have a direct answer for this but it is my impression that they kind of let the animals "choose their schedule" so they do not get fatigued and they don't really have much control over whar the animals "do" and when they do it. An example would be the display in the upper level where there's water running and there are polyps and things and children can kind of "stroke" them. the people are very carefully watching how many times the polyps get handled and they will shut the exhibit down so that the polyps do not become fatigued or whatever I may be wrong mr. Morris is very particular about the health and well-being of the animals
I went on July 2nd and they had penguins. Couldn't touch them but they were there.
