is the trail suitable for a track chair? Grandson has Cerebral Palsy but has an electric Track Chair with rubber bulldozer tracks. Very stable on uneven ground,. biggest obstacle is steps.

Probably not. Portions of the trail would be fine. However there are stone "steps" scattered about to climb steep areas. I think Rocky Knob's trail might be better. You can park at the top and go in.
